Gender Equality

Project from my third year as a BA illustration student.

A heartbeat is present throughout us all, we needn't be divided into categories, we are all human. The two symbols present in these designs refer to this idea; a heartbeat form, and a symbol that is neither male nor female but representative of the gender spectrum.

This collection is intended to promote equality, though ultimately all inclusive, this particular colour palette was selected for gender equality. Based on Pantone's 2016 Colour of the Year, the first time two colours were selected as a way of showing solidarity with the gender equality movement.
